Cerebral palsy is a lifelong neuro developmental condition that can significantly affect movement, posture, communication, participation and independence. Contemporary rehabilitation focuses on early identification, goal-oriented intervention, family-centred care and participation across the lifespan.
This clinically oriented and interactive pre-conference workshop will provide participants with a practical approach to comprehensive assessment and multidisciplinary rehabilitation of individuals with cerebral palsy, with emphasis on translating evidence into meaningful functional
outcomes.

The workshop will be particularly useful for PM&R physicians, paediatricians, neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons and physicians involved in the care of individuals with cerebral palsy.
The workshop aims to bridge the gap between assessment, evidence-based intervention and real-world rehabilitation, enabling participants to develop individualized, multidisciplinary rehabilitation plans that improve function, independence, participation and quality of life for individuals with cerebral palsy and their families.
